The Harlick High Tester models are strong stock boots. The HIGH TESTER model is made w/ Duo Bond ankle reinforcement and Three Layer Construction (Strong Ankle Support). This boot includes Clarino Lining, Achilles Tendon Padding, Ankle Padding, and Rolled Top Lining Edges. All added options - except for Natural Soles w/wax finish and growth or Poron insoles - make a boot modified and NOT returnable for refund or exchange. All uncommon size boots are NOT returnable.

    We pay the shipping fees for exchanged items, while you pay to ship the unwanted item back to us. International customers and AK, HI, PR customers must pay for shipping both ways to exchange products. 

    Returns are accepted within 30-days of the order arriving at your doorstep. All return products must be in new condition, in the same packaging and have tags attached.
